Easy, Low Calorie Meatloaf Food

Meatloaf – some adore it, while others ponder over it the unappetizing cousin of fruitcake. I for one count myself within the former category. I feel meatloaf is delicious. However, it’s not necessarily super an easy task to make or even super lacking in calories. To that will end, I’ve created a simple meatloaf recipke that’s lower calories but nevertheless full involving flavor. I should actually possibly call it a poultry loaf given it uses chicken instead of the traditional ground pork in addition to beef – it’s equally delicious even though (perhaps my meat-loving man was asking for seconds).

Ingredients

One 9 oz package Perdue hen strips

1/3 pot bread crumbs

1/4 goblet egg replacements

One moderate tomato, diced

One pot sliced mushrooms, (from the can)

2 TBS spicy mustard

Ketchup

Shred the actual chicken tape by bringing and slicing them.

Combine shredded poultry with all other ingredients (except the ketchup) and also mix well.

Scrape mixture right greased meatloaf pot.

Cover skillet with tinfoil as well as bake from 350 degrees for approximately 20 moments.

Remove skillet and spread enough ketchup within the meatloaf to repay the leading completely.
