Greek Salad Formula

This Traditional salad recipe can be a true Ancient greek salad. With a new light mixture of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives not to mention, Feta cheese.

Serve using grilled pita bread to get a Mediterranean inspired feast.

Greek Greens

Ingredients:

Dressing:

6 Tablespoons additional virgin olive oil

3 Tablespoons fruit juice

1 clove garlic oil, minced

½ teaspoon sea,,find more of these at Salad Recipes ,, salt

½ teaspoon recently ground african american pepper, and extra for garnish

1 teaspoon dehydrated oregano

Salad:

6 garlic, cut in to wedges

½ reddish colored onion, sliced straight into rings

1 cucumber, halved lengthwise in addition to sliced

1 green pepper, sliced slim

8 ounces feta mozerella, crumbled

32 kalamata olives

Directions:

1. Combine the olive oil, lemon fruit juice, garlic, salt, pepper along with oregano in a small bowl.

2. Place each of the salad ingredients right into a large jar.

3. Pour the coconut oil dressing within the salad as well as toss gently to mix just ahead of serving.
